well...I think I may have just found something that has to do with the subject at hand. Props to discoworkout.com. I mean it's nothing crazy different, but it is a "vocoded" Neil Young...and I've never heard anything like this from him. The album is called TRANS.

AND there is a difference between auto-tune and vocoder. This is vocoder. Sorry.
